My favourite food in the world

Pancakes : My Favourite Food In The                     World.

A plate of hot pancakes drizzled with Buckwheat Honey might be the most loved food item of the planet.

You may be surprised to find that pancakes exist all over the world and it seems that each culture has its own unique take on them. They are served for breakfast, lunch, and dinner all over the globe.

Pancakes come in many different shapes, sizes and flavors. They can be sweet, savory, thick, thin, small or large, but they are all delicious!

They're soft and fluffy and delicious, like pillows you can eat. There are some tricks to getting the fluffiest pancakes of all time. Mini pancakes! Low maintenance, bit flavor option. These are the perfect size for little fingers and are just plain fun to eat. Be aware of the sticky finger issue, have a fork handy.

Pancakes are smooth and can be buttered with ease. This is a very important point to keep in mind when considering a pancake or a waffle. The lack of divots allows the butter to just slide across the surface of the pancake with grace and ease.

Who doesn’t love pancakes? Everyone does! We all have been obsessed with this breakfast classic for as long as we can remember! With good reason! The perfect buckwheat honey flavor of pancakes is to die for!

These pancakes are fluffy on the interior and crispy on the exterior. Once you try them, you’ll wonder about all those boxed pancake mixes — these hardly require any more work and they’re twice as good.

Food photography tips for bloggers

Food photography tips for bloggers Food PR and food photography have recently gained popularity.  USE NATURAL LIGHT The easiest way to improve your photographs is to use natural light. All of my photos, with the exception of a small few, were taken with daylight diffused through a thin white piece of cloth. LOOK FOR THE LIGHT If you do nothing else I recommend here, the one thing I would say is that lighting is more important than food styling. USE THE MANUAL SETTINGS ON YOUR CAMERA Shoot in complete manual mode always .  If you are not ready for putting your camera into complete manual mode, I totally get that. No problem! In that case, try shooting in AV mode. Which means aperture   priority . That way the shutter speed will be chosen for you by the camera’s light meter, based on the aperture you choose and the available light. USE A TRIPOD That way you can really set up the shot and have low light situations, with a long shutter speed. You’ll also need a c...

Leh Ladakh - My favourite travel destination in India

Camping in Rishikesh might be the perfect vacation for some people but not me.   Ladakh is one of those places that can make an ordinary photographer feel like a professional. And that’s simply because no matter where you point and shoot, you are bound to get a picture-perfect frame. But it’s not just the scenic and visual beauty of the place that makes people fall in love with Ladakh. There is an inexplicable calm in being surrounded by nature’s unabashed beauty; an overwhelming sense of surrender to the vastness that lies all around you. Nubra Valley A desert is probably the last thing one expects while planning a trip to Ladakh but there it is. The sand dunes of the Nubra Valley offer the tourists a very much Arabian Nights like experience. The famous two-humped camelsare also found in the region and are often the highlight of the trip for those interested in animals. The beauty of the Nubra valley is that it allows you to look over the Indus valley in the...
